The room was quite cramped for our family. The absence of reception staff.

It's an incredibly friendly hotel with amiable staff and exceptional views of garden. Stay here and enjoy your Iseltwald trip.

The bathrooms are quite small.

I really enjoyed being there, the place is stylish and wonderful.

i didn't want to leave and would definitely go again. had 1 day in iseltwald, spending my time here lovely. there were neat and beautiful rooms with very clean beds. all the staff were amicable, very nice helpful.

Woke up to the most beautiful view like somethin' outta a dream! The breakfast was a spread fit for a king, and the folks runnin' the place. Y'all, they even let us keep the car there free after check-out! I could sit on that terrace all day, bless your heart!

rooms were nicely refurbished, everything was perfect. the staff were all affable and the breakfast was really tasty with cheese, fruit plus healthy foods. location: the hotel was close to hiking, swimming, relaxing and boating and grindelwald and interlaken.

Fine lakeside retreat

The breakfast spread was really good, with a variety of delicious options, from fresh pastries to savory salmon. We appreciated the communal fridge for keeping our drinks cool and the convenient access to the private dock for a refreshing swim in Lake Brienz.

We could hear our neighbors above us, a minor distraction, but not a dealbreaker. It was still a wonderful experience despite these small downsides.

The amazing views of Lake Brienz from our terrace were lovely. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the attentive service from the staff made our stay special.

The extraordinary views right from my room's window were amazing. I loved waking up to the sight of Lake Brienz every morning. The breakfast spread featured a variety of delicious options, from fresh baked breads to savory salmon. The staff were accommodating, quickly rectifying a minor issue with toilet paper in the family room. The location is superb, just a few minutes' walk from the bus-stop and ferry station, a big plus for exploring nearby areas. The peaceful atmosphere and communal fridge added to the cozy, cute vibe of the hotel.

Good hotel with great wi-fi, picnic area, and tv. The staff helped me find my route on my first stay. I highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway.

We enjoyed fine views from our room's balcony, and the breakfast buffet was a feast of tasty treats, from fresh pastries to delicious salmon. The cozy atmosphere, and our kids loved swimming in Lake Brienz, just steps away.

My wife says that a dedicated drinks service would be great for families.

My room was modern and functional with comfy down pillows.

The breakfasts here are splendid and there's a good selection of cheese and healthy foods. the staff is really nice and they even gave me some examples of what to try. 🍳
